  In July 2024, I suffered a pretty serious injury. I tried PT with other providers, but nothing helped. Over time, I gained weight, stopped doing the things I loved, and couldn’t run or even play with my daughter. I was dealing with constant pain, stiffness, and felt tight all the time. I couldn’t move or walk freely. I came across FunXional PT on IG and decided to reach out because I was honestly tired of living that way. Ashley was incredibly kind and got me scheduled quickly. When I started working with Dr. Lauren, everything began to change. It’s only been about 3-4 weeks, and I already feel like a completely different person. I’m now working out multiple times a week, walking regularly, have started losing weight, but most importantly, I’m able to play with my daughter again. My pain has decreased significantly, and I feel like I have my life back. I still have progress to make, but I’m so grateful for how far I’ve come in such a short time. Dr. Lauren has not only helped me physically but has also been someone I genuinely enjoy talking to. I truly feel supported as her patient.

  Lauryn was great. She built a custom plan to get me more mobile, stronger, and relieved a lot of pain in my knee and calf. I went through a 12 week program and I have never felt more fit in my lower half. Thanks for all of the expertise!

  Dr Lauryn Goff is absolutely incredible! I’ve been dealing with chronic neck pain for years. I had been to so many doctors and thought pain was just something I’d have to live with forever. She helped me understand all of the factors that go into chronic pain, created personalized workouts for me, and treated me with a combination of needling, cupping, and heated scraping to help heal my body and nervous system. I went from waking up in pain every single day to being able to get back to the things I loved, enjoy life without pain, and equipped with the tools/knowledge to get me through a flare up if they should occur in the future. Everyone at Funxional PT is amazing, kind, smart, and the best at what they do. 10/10 would recommend.

  I can't say enough good things about Lauryn. She has helped me get range of motion in my hip back that I haven't had in 10+ years. She listens to what you have to say and repeats it back so you know she's listening. She fits as much as she can in to our therapy sessions and I always leave feeling better. I've got a lot going on and I love that she can address it all! I didn't know if I'd like not having 100% hands on guidance but this programming works so much better for me. I can do the exercises on my own time and if things need to be adjusted she'll give you something different. Love it! So happy I invested in my health with Funxional PT!

  I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr Lauren S and FunXional Physical Therapy. When I started, I was dealing with constant left hip, SI, and lower back pain that was affecting my daily life, job, and workouts. Now I'm stronger, have the tools & knowledge to help when I feel the pain coming on, and finally feel stable again. She helped me rebuild my core and pelvic stability, improve my posture, and get my body moving the right way. I'm back to working out consistently and feeling better than I have in a long time. If you're dealing with chronic pain or feel like your body is out of alignment, FPT is the place! So grateful for the knowledge, support, encouragement, and results they helped me achieve!
