My appointment was at 1:15P. I was there about 12:15 and a lady told me everybody was at lunch. I just sat back to read my book. Come to find out there was a 6 page form that needed before seeing Optomotrist. I did not get even close til after 2P. By the time everything was finished it was 3:00P. I have never as long as I have been going to this office waited so long. Hopefully it will never happen again.

Was pleasantly surprised by the change in doctors when I arrived. I had been scheduled with my regular MD doctor Sunoco. Melissa Centola was awesome. She picked up on a serious eye condition by her questioning and testing The end result uncovering Wet AMD in on of my eyes She then immediately reached out and arranged a consultation for me that same day at Budden Retina. They were waiting when I arrived. She was very enthusiastic and professional and I would recommend her to others By

I was a Good Samaritan acting in an emergency at a hair salon when a lady walked in with a bloodshot eye, swollen and droopy. I spoke to Barbara on the phone to try to give her the information and make an appointment for this woman and the conversation went on about 15 minutes back-and-forth about her insurance. It sounded very robotic like it could’ve even been AI perhaps. Barbara struggled to get the information regarding the insurance and kept impeding me from helping her because I am in the healthcare field and I know insurance. I kept trying to explain that she had an Aetna card and she would not take the information. This former patient of Dr cerise ended up just going to the ER I was diagnosed with shingles. Since I was on speakerphone with Barbara, it was probably five other people hearing this conversation and was appalled about the robotic nature of this person.

The doctors and the staff are great. however, I'm going into the looking Glass to order. my glasses has been quite an ordeal day one I go in to order them with my son who's 35 years old. we're waiting and the worker starts talking to her customer about her heaven a laser treatment done on her bikini area. this was an older woman about my age so she was about the conversation that this worker was having was so uncomfortable that my son ended up walking out so then I left didn't get my glasses. the second day I go in same woman working and she is the only person working. if this the looking Glass is the worst place ever to get your glasses, I did not recommend getting your glasses from the looking Glass at all

Had my eyes examined. Exam went well. But I asked the optometrist what can I do to protect my eyes --> prevent or delay cataracts. I was told it comes with age, there is nothing I can do to prevent. Really? Of course, I went home and googled. Yes people, there are steps to take to keep your eyes healthy and protected from cataracts. I would have appreciated something, from someone who is an expert with eyes. I liked the doctor but wish this doctor would have better answered my question. Disappointed.
