The Lakeside store has some great employees, particularly Melissa and the adorable super-pro guy who adjusted the glasses I fell asleep wearing and bent so badly they can't be fixed without risking destruction. (Yeah, I forgot his name.) He was so careful, so honest, didn't hint at judging me, and in the end I left with my glasses fixed, and swapped out the lenses to a pair that will probably serve me better. This is a long way of saying Warby Parker's policies of care are solid, and the team they hire is nothing short of fabulous. Pay them more, they're worth it!! You won't be sorry if you buy your glasses there.
