- TBTunney BarrettMar 3, 20262.0Original visit went well. Malcolm was very attentive. However, the insoles for the relaxers hurt my feet once I put them in my casual flip flops. Malcolm called and I told him about the issue. He told me to come in and he would correct the problem. Well, to “correct the problem cost me another $50. I feel that I was ripped off. My wife and I had already spent over $3,600! I will be posting this on social media and with all of the organizations we belong to. Poor customer service. Oh and when I told Malcolm that I felt I was being ripped off he became very aggressive with telling me how wrong I was and that it was just company policy. He was extremely indignant!

I have been wearing the inserts for 10+ years. Will reassessed my inserts and exchanged them for the correct ones. He gave me very clear instructions and explanations. I'm a happy Good Feet customer.
