He helped me find glasses that were in my price range and fit properly. Not pushy at all, just a genuinely helpful guy who made the whole experience a 10 out of 10. He was able to clearly go over over my insurance coverage, maximized my benefits, and even made sure to apply any additional coupons/promotions I had available. Can’t say enough great things about him and the team at Target Optical.

Was contacted at 12:00 pm on 8/26/2025 that the doctor did not want to take any appointments after 2:00 pm. Tried for over an hour to contact. When they finally answered I was rudely told I needed to reschedule. Decided to go to elsewhere & got an appointment within an hour and had fabulous service! Will not use & will advise everyone to go elsewhere!

My first experience with them was late in the day and I was on business in Baton Rouge, LA severalty years ago. My vision is horrible, and my frames broke in half. My night vision is also poor, and I needed to drive home to New Orleans. The staff there went above and beyond to find a set of glasses that night to accommodate my complicated prescription so I could drive home safely. Today, I had a similar experience with the Metairie location at Clearview Mall. Steve was off-the-chart amazing (and funny) and so was Dr. Moses. Once again, they went above and beyond to work with me and my insurance dilemma to ensure that I got not only the best price, but the best care and attention as well. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Experiencing this level of customer service these days is very rare!!! Thank you both so very much! You are the best!!!
