StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Metairie offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

For starters, the clinicians who administer the stretch instruction and assistance are outrageously talented and worth every penny. The results were fantastic, in my experience. The problem is that you have to consider the services provided and the SERVICE provided. In my case, the services were five stars all day. The service provided to me was abysmal and unprofessional, at best. Upon terminating my contract due to moving to another state, I had to go in and complete a form with the "manager". This form allowed me to cancel my month to month contract but I had to wait a month for it to go into effect. I did not have any problem with this as I understand that the business has to provide resources and schedule staff ahead of demand. A month after my contract was cancelled, I see a $15 charge for suspending my contract. This was obviously an error as my contract was already terminated. I called and spoke with the staff to get this removed and was told that the manager would be calling me back to address this. Today marks the 3rd time I have called and been told that the manager would be calling me back to attend to this charge. I have never heard back from the "manager" and find this utterly ridiculous in terms of customer service. It's a real shame that the lack of a proper manager causes customer experience to deteriorate into a bad experience when the services were beyond reproach. Yeah, I know it's $15 but the principle of this speaks volumes as to the management posture. Enjoy the services and hope that you never have to dispute any charges or have any issues with your contract!
