Ms. Kim went out her way to help with my glasses. My glasses had a screw loose, my left lens had a loose screw. My ear wire was broken and my nose piece was missing. She re built my glasses. I was able to wear my glasses and get back on the road with a new pair of glasses. She made my day and a safer clear pair of glasses. She’s the best. Great experience Mrs. Kim experience and kindness was great appreciated and Customer service given a A+. 😊
