  Highly recommend! After years of jaw pain and trying so many different things for relief the only thing that has truly worked has been going to FunXional PT. From taking the time to really get to know my history and my goals, to having that one on one time at my appointments was really special. After all this time I feel like I finally have a long term solution and no more quick fixes/band-aids. Thank you so much to Dr. Lauryn, and Dr. Michelle!

  Before coming to FunXional PT, my biggest challenge was dealing with constant pain and limited mobility that made everyday activities frustrating. I felt like I had tried everything—stretches, rest, and even other therapy clinics—but nothing seemed to make lasting progress. Honestly, it was discouraging. I started to feel like I’d never get back to the level of movement and comfort I had before my back issues started . It was affecting not just my physical health, but my mood and confidence too. From the first session with Dr. Lauryn Goff, I could tell things were going to be different. She took the time to truly understand what was going on and developed a plan that made sense for me—not just a cookie-cutter routine. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood why each exercise mattered. After working with Dr. Goff, my pain levels have dropped dramatically, my strength and flexibility are improving weekly, and I can finally move without that constant stiffness. I’ve been able to get back to some of the activities I love, and I feel more confident in my body again. Don’t wait—just go. Dr. Goff and the entire team at FunXional PT are truly exceptional. They care deeply about your progress and make the entire experience positive and motivating. You’ll feel supported every step of the way.   After years of surgeries, MRIs, and PT I was in need of a new solution to all of my knee issues. I'm a college athlete who needed to get back on track with athletics and Funxional was my next attempt at doing so. Immediately, they made me feel more heard and empowered than any other health professional I had seen for this injury. They quickly formed a plan that worked for me. This is a holistic group of professionals who really take the time to problem solve and communicate. I can now say that with their help, I am feeling healthier than ever with a better relationship to pain and a better understanding of my body. I'm back to sports and for the first time in 8 years, I live just about every day completely pain free. This experience was incredible and I truly have so much appreciation for Michelle and everyone at Funxional.

  I started working with FunXional PT three months ago to rehab a couple of injuries and develop a sustainable workout plan tailored to my needs. Over the years, I’ve tried many types of workouts without feeling like I was making lasting progress. I’ve also been through traditional physical therapy several times, but was frustrated by the limitations—only being able to address one issue at a time due to insurance restrictions, and having limited access to my therapist. That’s why finding FunXional PT has been such a game-changer. Dr. Lauryn is incredible to work with—she is super knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. I’m a fully digital client and use the app for all my workouts. It’s user-friendly, with demo videos for every exercise, and I can message her anytime with questions or concerns. She always responds with thoughtful, detailed guidance. Dr. Lauryn checks in weekly, updates my programming as needed based on my feedback, and incorporates exercises to address all of my concerns—not just one at a time. This level of personalized care is something I never received in traditional PT, and honestly, didn’t know was possible. So far, I’ve noticed increased stability and strength, I’m able to handle progressions in my workouts, and I’ve been able to start playing sports again. I’m excited to see even more progress in the months ahead.   I started seeing Dr. Michelle a few months ago for headache/neck pain and some rib area pain. The most appealing thing to me was the hybrid format of this clinic. I’ve always said PT wasn’t designed for people that work, but with this clinic, it is! I was able to go in person a couple times a month and then did the rest of my exercises at home. You can absolutely tell Dr. Michelle is a go getter and genuinely wants to help figure out how to get you feeling better! She helped me understand about hyper mobility issues and things to help alleviate some of that. Dry needling has definitely been a big help for me in combination with the exercises at home. Highly recommend this clinic!
