When I started, I was dealing with constant left hip, SI, and lower back pain that was affecting my daily life, job, and workouts. Now I'm stronger, have the tools & knowledge to help when I feel the pain coming on, and finally feel stable again. She helped me rebuild my core and pelvic stability, improve my posture, and get my body moving the right way. I'm back to working out consistently and feeling better than I have in a long time. If you're dealing with chronic pain or feel like your body is out of alignment, FPT is the place! So grateful for the knowledge, support, encouragement, and results they helped me achieve!
