  Went for my yearly check up today and saw Mindy Quaintance she was awesome. I really felt comfortable asking questions and she listened to everything I had to say. The ladies in the front to Ciara that took me to the back they are all so nice. The vibe in the office felt very nice and warming. I'm praying I finally found my forever doctor here.

  Personally I've never had issues with Dr Champlin and the staff. Everytime I've called I've always just left messages and the doctor would get back to me asap. Since MyChart has been implemented, I have fast results with sending messages and getting replies from him or his staff. I've delivered twice there and on my 3rd pregnancy and everyone including high risk has been amazing.

  I’ve been calling the office literally since 9am this morning. I have been put on hold for well over an hour today total. I have clearly explained several times that I need a prescription filled today. Was told it would be filled “in ten minutes” twice. Called pharmacy again who once again told me the prescription wasn’t filled. Called office, told to call back at 4:15. Put on hold. Told it was “handled.” Called pharmacy. Prescription not filled. Called office. Office closed. Called after hours number. They now refuse to refill the prescription because they’ve deemed it “non emergency” and can’t fill it after hours. Even though I’ve called (and been put on hold) 3 separate times since 9am all during office hours. Prescription still hasn’t been filled. Currently looking for a new doctor. Don’t waste your time with EJ women’s care.
