  Let me first say that the office staff, Ms. Debbie and Mrs. Sylvia, are Amazing! Dr. Hill is also wonderful. If not for them I’d post no ⭐️s if I could. I return to the office only because they are so great. Now, here is the source of the low ratings, the Office Manager Jenae! I scheduled an appointment to address my declining health. I get a cancellation call as I was driving to the appointment. The rescheduling was for the next week, the appointment time was then changed the day before the new appointment. I mentioned I could not make it as school busses create unavoidable traffic. I was told to try to make it. I then said the time was not good but I would try. So I show up close to my original time but 10 minutes later than the new time. Of course when I arrived I was told I was late and I needed to reschedule. I asked to have a call placed to my Doctor because of the office’s continued changes to my appointments. This is when Janea went into rude and power trip mode. I was told there were PA available but then she said I couldn’t speak to anyone. She was then the only PA in the office who would not help me. She was so rude, raising her voice at me resulting in me telling her several times not to speak to me in that manner. I asked to speak to someone else and she refused stating she was the only person I could speak with. Janea refused to allow me to speak to Debbie or Sylvia who were standing right there. Janea would not allow anyone to reach out to my Doctor, even after stating I was uncomfortable dealing with her because of how she was handling me. As the Office manager she refused to allow any of the other employees to speak with me, forcing me to give her my personal information which I was afraid she would use nefariously. I finally used the patient portal to send my doctor a message to which Janae intercepted and closed so I could not correspond with my Doctor directly. While I was able to get another appointment, I am convinced that all the cancellations resulted in my condition worsening. Janea continues to have access to my files and when I have made later appointments (which she has to approve) they do not appear on my paperwork making it difficult to ensure I am aware of my next visit. I have called to address this concern yet Janea still has access to my file. I love Dr. Hill and the front staff in the office, I feel terrible that the ladies had to watch the horrific display of unprofessionalism and abuse Janae portrayed as the stress when going into the office always increases my blood pressure and the uncomfortable feeling that I’m sure that happens when I come in and the thought that Janae may appear and we have to interact. Again Dr. Hill, Ms. Debbie and Ms. Sylvia are top tier. 5 Stars ⭐️ all the way.
