  I love this office and the doctors and staff they are great and helpful I’m currently pregnant with my 5 th child and have 4 boys 2 are twins and everyone is so understanding. Love love love Dr.Firestone as well as the other docs here

  Unprofessional! My son seen the doctor once after he was a few days old. I canceled his next appointment when the woman called to confirm it I told her I would have to call back another day. Because both me and him had an appointment on that day and I had to make mine since my dentist appointment was an emergency because I had a tooth abscess. So she said ok canceled the appointment and that was that. So about two weeks later (today) I call to reschedule my sons (2 month old appointment) the woman answered the phone asked his info to pull it up. I heard another phone ringing in the background she told me hold on a bit while she put the other caller on hold. I was polite and said ok. I ended up being the one on hold I didn’t get mad I just noticed it and hung up the phone. I’m not waiting while you take another call and you were already on the phone with me first. Anyways, I call back after about 10 min and she then says she can’t find my child in the system ! Hilarious! I’m a hotel receptionist of 11 years and I know good and well once a name is in a POS/PMS or whatever system espically in medical can NEVER DISAPPEAR. So for her to say she don’t see my son name is a lie ! I gave her all the info she needed. She just kept repeating he not in our system. She never once even tried to say or ask to put him in!! . She never once said well let me make an appointment still! Let me get this clear she didn’t have an attitude or anything but it was obvious no effort was being put into getting me an appointment. So I said “don’t worry about it “ very politely and she said ok very nonchalantly and I hung up. I don’t want my child going there if yall can’t find me in the system or even try to make his appointment then bye. The energy is not what I want for my sons care. It’s to many other pediatricians out here to be sweating these people just to make an appointment I don’t play about my child so the review had to be made. Do better !!!!

  I like this clinic and the staff is very kind the doctors very professional my kids love his doctor I highly recommend
