  The doctors and nurses at this office are always so sweet and kind — they truly make you feel like part of the family. Everyone is caring and welcoming, and the doctors take the time to explain everything thoroughly so no detail is left out. You’re always greeted with a smile and a sense of comfort, which makes every visit a positive experience. Even the front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s always a pleasant experience each time I visit this location, and I highly recommend them!

  The nurse was giving every reason to not treat me and I ended up leaving after waiting in a room full of sick people and speaking with the nurse for 2 minutes. I go to this urgent care all the time but after today I will NEVER EVER go back. I left sobbing and in pain. I went to a Ocshner urgent care immediately after and got the treatment and relief I deserved to begin with.

  Came to the ER with my 89 year old mother to be seen by a doctor. We have been in the waiting room for the last 5 hours and she has still not been seen. This is ridiculous. I will never use this hospital again.Any hospital with a wait like that is understaffed, underfunded, under resourced.Your quality of care directly correlates to wait time. Pitiful.

  Was unsatisfied with my visit today. I often have issues with my tonsils and I usually get a steroid and antibiotics. This visit, it was not the case. How does a healthcare provider look at someone in pain and basically does not care to prescribe what works for the patient ?? Prescribing what you want to is not healthcare.
