I went to the Good Feet store today after dealing with plantar fasciitis for the better part of the last year. Natalie walked me through the entire process, explained how the different arch supports work, and got me set up with a system to finally help me get out of pain. I’m also really excited to be able to wear all
Of my cute shoes again! I would highly recommend the Good Feet store to anyone suffering with foot pain to see if it’s the right plan for you!

Starting with day one my feet felt amazing. Nathalie was amazing so very helpful and informative to assure we had the right fit for our lifestyle. I was purchasing orthopedic insoles for $35-$40 each and these feel so much better and easy to use. My wife has been using her GoodFeet insoles since 2017 and swears by them. Thanks again Nathalie you were great.

Absolute scam. Walked in with mild plantar fasciitis and they pressured me into $1,850 “custom” inserts after a 5-minute foot scan. They hand you the inserts right there and claim they’re made just for you. Total lie. They’re cheap $5-10 plastic OTC arches you can buy on Amazon. Real custom orthotics get sent to a lab and take 2-4 weeks (& only cost $300 compared to the $1800 good feet charges for fake custom inserts!). My podiatrist said they’re seeing a flood of patients with worsened pain, bunions, and even stress fractures from Good Feet’s “custom inserts”. These stores need to be shut down and investigated for false advertising.

Ive had my arch support for about a year and a half now. Let me just say that they’ve given me back the ability to walk comfortably and be independent, I can’t still work part time without fear of balance issues or falling.
Natalie has been so helpful explaining the whole process and setting up my shoes when I needed cushions. This has been the best $2,800 I’ve ever spent on my health. Its even helped me through my knee replacement and keeping me from putting too much pressure on one foot. Highly recommend these!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from generic inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support designed to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief unlike typical over-the-counter insoles.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, foot discomfort often stems from foot mechanics rather than shoes alone. Arch supports stabilize the foot, which can reduce or alleviate pain caused by various foot problems.
Will I receive my arch supports immediately after fitting?
Yes, customers aged 6 and above can take home their arch supports the same day after fitting, as the store maintains a full inventory in stock.
