The studio is beautiful and set up well; always clean. The women who work the desk are friendly and helpful too. Great experience and well worth the money!

I was so sore and no way I could do a class. Boy I’m I out of shape. Will return Monday., it’s great to be back.

Ms. Krista (so sorry if I misspelled her name!) was very helpful, noticed I was with a group of visual learners quite quickly, and didn’t hesitate to demonstrate movements for us so we didn’t hurt ourselves! She was very attentive and worked with us individually to adjust techniques. I have some old injuries and letting her know beforehand was comforting to make the appropriate modifications where I needed them. Would definitely recommend trying this place out and ask for (or book!) a class with Ms. Krista!
