I am a 73 year old man that has started having debilitating headaches. I’ve been getting all of my medications from Albertsons and never had any issues with Keith who is an awesome man with great customer service communications. My Dr sent in my pain and nausea scripts to be filled, it was 24 pain pills and the last time I had them filled was 2 months ago for the same amount. This time Carla decided she didn’t want to fill the pain medicine because it was filled months ago at a different pharmacy closer to my Drs office. She put a note in the system AFTER removing the script from the system saying DO NOT FILL ANY PAIN MEDS FROM THIS DR FOR THIS PATIENT! I had called the one on Ryan Street AND THEY WOULD HAVE FILLED IT except the script wasn’t in the system and the note was there. Carla was very condescending when I called her back to ask WHY she wouldn’t fill it even tho the La Board of Pharmacies says if she didn’t want to fill it that she was to offer another pharmacist there to fill it but she didn’t. I’m a retired minister and gospel singer, I don’t drink or do drugs but SHE MADE ME FEEL AS IF I’M VIEWED AS SUCH! She went as far to say she will no longer fill ANY of my prescriptions there, which is blood pressure, acid reflux, cholesterol and prostate medications. It will be a cold day before I ever go back there and I will not recommend them BECAUSE OF CARLA, Keith is so nice and polite that if I could deal with just him I would but Carla thinks she’s ALL THAT AND THEN SOME! You should rethink keeping her!

I used this pharmacy a few yrs ago, and once I was established, I could get all my monthly meds at the same time. A few changes now, one med "they don't carry", tho I got it 2 months ago. The pharmacist treated me like a drug addict, even gave me what you'd give someone beho was overdosing. This is, I guess, because last month I had pain meds and muscle relaxers for a siacyic nerve inflammation. So, trying to pick up regular meds, I was told all the meds were not compatible, even tho pain pills was not sent. So now, on fri evening, I'm informed none of my other meds were in the system, even tho she'd read them off the computer before. I was very upset, to say the least, as all the workers were rude to me. I will never go back. I'm a 66 year old women, not some teenager trying to score ,. and have only now gotten the meds I need for my health issues that work for me. What in the world is wrong with these people?

While most of the people who work in this pharmacy are very nice and professional, they have 1 female pharmacist who should not be allowed near customers. She is extremely rude! Totally condescending! No one in the store likes her! Yet, Albertsons won't replace her. I can't believe anyone would keep such a despicable employee! Everyone else is wonderful. I moved all of our business to Kroger, where it's a pleasure doing business.
