  I have been wanting to do this review for a long time. I want your company to know that you have a very valued employee. KIRSTEN is a genuinely kind, caring and compassionate person. I have never seen her without a smile on her face. When she comes to visit our Department we just start smiling, we are always happy to see her.   Kirsten Broussard is a professional dedicated worker. Her motto she stands by is “ Service Excellence “. It doesn't matter who the service being provided for. My experience with her has always been patient's needs first . I have received praise reports from families I have referred to her. All families reported Kirsten provided excellent care to the patient as well as their family members. Compass Behavioral Health truly appreciates Traditions Health Services.

  Very professional team members that make you feel welcome and appreciated. You feel like a family with the employees, they are very helpful and so caring!
