  The people don't even speak to you when you arrive. They take forever. Ignore everyone waiting. Horrible service. I'll never go there again.

  Lafayette need some competition in this space. I have now twice had an appointment and still had to wait. The first appointment I had to leave after 30 minutes. To get another morning slot for fasting was booked months out and I again waiting currently beyond 20 minutes… two stars because the place is new and clean.

  This Quest location was fantastic. I came in too late on Thursday afternoon for a drug screening so the nurse told me to come back first thing in the morning. She squeezed me in at 7:30am so I could make my flight home. She was great.

  Do not like new policy dictating that I must make two separate appointments when I have orders from two different physicians- seems some bureaucrat, not a worker-bee, does not know what they are dictating.
