  I can on to get my nephews glasses adjusted and Beverly was SUPER NICE and went over and beyond to get them fitting correctly!

  I got my eyes checked at this location last year. The doctor was great but the staff was off putting. This year I was going to give this location another chance but Beverly made it clear by our phone call she didnt want to assist. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere. Highly disappointed in the “customer service”

  I have a favorite pair of Ray Ban sunglasses that I have owned for many years. Ray Ban does not make this particular frame anymore. The sunglasses had prescription lenses in them and I wore them daily. Recently, I had cataract surgery and no longer need prescription lenses. I was able to find replacement lenses for the sunglasses but had a difficult time getting the frame screws loose to replace the lenses. Took them to Target Optical and ask for some professional help. Corinne very patiently tried to get the screws out. With the skill of a surgeon she was able to loosen one side but the other was steadfast. The Manager, Beverly took over and applied her own level of skill and an assortment of specialized tools. Slowly the reluctant fastener began to turn and relinquished its twenty year hold over the frame. Both lenses were replaced, new screws were added to the lenses and new life given to my favorite sunglasses. All because of two amazing, talented and special people. I can’t thank Beverly and Corrine enough for their patience and determination toward solving my problem. You can bet I will be using Target Optical for all my Optical needs.
