They do not like customers that use Good RX and call you “one of them” and lack customer service skills. Slamming prescriptions on the counter and cussing as customers walk up is not a good way to represent your company. However, I’d give all the stars for the pharmacy tech. She is always so kind and will even know you by your name. She is what keeps me from switching. All respect goes to her for dealing with the negativity from the others.

The woman I spoke with had a nasty, insulting attitude when inquired about transferring my adderall prescription. I don't know about other Albertson's pharmacies, but I'll never recommend the one on Ambassador Caffery and Congress.
