  This is the worst dentist i’ve ever been to. Both me and my sister went here and had horrible experiences. After my teeth had been x-rayed i was told i needed three new porcelain teeth and received a bill of $3,000 because my insurance “couldn’t cover” the expenses. A month later after not going back and realizing i won’t get the work done i received a letter from my insurance saying they approved the work. At this point everyone of my sisters teeth were messed up after braces because they didn’t take the wire off to properly clean in between every tooth for almost three years… I then decided to make the decision to not go back to the dentist because of very unprofessional work. I went to my new dentist today who went through and showed me my x-rays to explain what exactly i needed done. Turns out i only need one porcelain tooth. Louisiana dental was trying to give me two unnecessary root canal’s. I would recommend this dentist for cleaning only do not go here to get braces or work done on your teeth.

  Everybody in this office was friendly. Hygienist Danielle explained everything to me as she was very professional!

  I have been going to Kenner Louisiana dental for 10 years my last two experiences with the receptionist at the deskswas not good they don't know how to talk to you and they always have an attitude I spoke with Jamie the manager and she didn't making it no better she is just as worse as the receptionist the only reason why I keep going back is because of my hygienist Carly she is amazing she makes me feel so comfortablebut I will not continue to go and spend my money with the attitude that they have in the front and Jamie didn't even have the decency to pull me to the side and have a conversation with me she had a conversation in front of the customers in the waiting area and the receptionist that I had the problem with and Jamie had the nerve to tell me she heard the conversation and her receptionist was not being rude so in so many words she's telling me right there that she's not going to do anything about it I never wrote a bad review in my life but I feel like I had to write this for me because I don't deserve to get treated I just want to thank my hygienist Carly for being so kind and nice every single time but those people in the front Is going to cause a lot of people to stop coming to that office

  LOVED LOVED LOVED this place! Everyone was very friendly. I didn’t wait long at all. Ms. Danielle was exceptional, making sure to talk me through everything, that I understood what my next steps were going to be and during my procedure she made me feel safe and let me know we could take breaks when I needed. 11/10 🌟
