  To the lady at the receptionist desk lovely lady made my check in easy. To dr. Vu lovely doctor made me feel very comfortable. To the Indian male nurse whose name starts with an I , you’re dead wrong and you know you’re wrong . I go to urgent care yesterday get settled in wait my time then this male nurse comes out he looks at me then looks at the only other Hispanic person in the room and asks if we want our appointment done together ? Why ?why not ask the other white person there why look at two Hispanic people and think yeah they should share an appointment ?I have never heard of sharing appointments with strangers ,isn’t that a violation of hippa? Again I don’t speak Spanish and I do not know this Hispanic man in the waiting room with me. I say no I would like separate sessions okay the man goes in before me and I’m waiting Later that same male nurse comes to get me he says my name wrong and I let him know the correct pronunciation and he basically gives the vibe of okay whatever I don’t care Made my visit extremely uncomfortable This is the first time I’ve had a negative experience here usually the people are very kind and warm this was very disappointing dealing with racial profiling coming from another person of color. Would still recommend coming here just not dealing that specific male nurse

  What has happened to the CARE in health care? The staff seemed checked out, unhappy and uncaring. Pretty awful energy and experience when I'm suffering and seeking support. I hope mgmt. invests in the well-being of their staff asap ... bc the staff was obviously in as much psychological pain as I was physically.

  Here goes...had an appointment yesterday for 9:40am..Sat in the waiting room until 11:30..finally got to back room..Sat there until 12:15 never got to see the doctor I left....made another appointment for today this time 9:20..Sat in the waiting room until 11:00..finally go to the back room..Doctor comes in at 11:25..they should never use the word URGENT..All I had was a pulled muscle on my right side. I know people are sick and there is wait time. I'm always patient, don't complain but after this experience not sure if I would come back here. They apologized but.........

  It takes forever even with an appointment. ...when they actually choose to honor an appointment. The receptionist usually chooses to ignore appointments and do first come first serve. The receptionist was more concerned about smacking on food than taking care of people trying to check in. When I asked how far behind they were running, she began to complain to people in the waiting room that I asked her that. Unprofessional.
