- TGTheresa GilbertNov 11, 20251.0I have a set of grandkids that go here and they’re twins! They went in for shots at 6 months and the nurse gave both of them shots and had them bleeding out! My daughter called me upset that they were bleeding so much. They told here that it was normal ( but it’s really not)! I asked my sister who is a RN she said they may have used the wrong size needle. So when I brought them did their next shots I asked what size needle and she said a 22 which should have been a 25. Then she had like an attitude. We have not been back there since! I can go on and on but please if u can find somewhere else for your kids! The only positive thing I can say is I never had to wait for an appointment and their business hours are great, that’s if but the staff seems unconcerned!

- KLKING HOME SERVICES LLCAug 8, 20255.0So far been with them for two years, I’ve never once had an issue, im surprised to see the bad reviews, and i can only say for my experience they are so wrong. Parking is minimun on the front but there is quite a big parking lot in the back. They have always informed us when we should expect to bring our child again and what will he done during that appointment, before the appointment we always get a text message reminding about it. When we have called after hours they have always gotten back with us in a efficient timely manner. The timing is about a good 45 minutes from arrival to departure, not the quickest but i would say that is quite ok and acceptable. We spend more time in traffic each day. Overall i highly recommend them. Been nothing but completely satisfied with their services for my kids.

They always put you on hold when you call, they make me make appointments for height and weight But other people that i know that go there are told to just walk in, When you call they take forever to tend to you, their automated machine says they offer appointments till 5 and so does their website But they dont acknowledge those times So why advertise it!!!! Cant wait till i find somewhere else to go If anyone has left and found better do recommend.
