  I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. MY EXPERIENCE WAS BEAUTIFUL.EVERYONE WAS HELPFUL & VERY COURTEOUS. I COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER. EVERYONE IS BEAUTIFUL WHEN IT COMES TO PUBLIC RELATIONS.EVERYONE IS WONDERFUL. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! ❤️ 💜

  My experience was very good, I was very nervous the Dental Assistants were very nice they held my hand and rub my forehead just to help me relax the Dr was awesome.I can't remember the Assistants name and I feel bad because they should be recognized for their great dental chair side manners. I think Ms.Jerrry and Ms.Ashley, when management read this review please find the right Assistants and tell them they are appreciated . Sonya Thomas

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. They have implemented a policy that forces patients to remain under the same plan (Cash) without flexibility, and the supervisor, Christy, openly admitted she doesn’t like switching patients from cash patients to insurance based patients because it “requires too much verification.” Fine—but refusing to even schedule an appointment unless every piece of insurance information is provided is absurd, especially when patients are willing to pay out-of-pocket. Christy’s attitude is appalling for someone in a supervisory role—vague, dismissive, and rude. The representatives reflect the same behavior, providing little to no guidance unless repeatedly pushed, leaving many questions unanswered. Customer service and problem-solving seem nonexistent here. This approach is frustrating, disrespectful, and frankly, bad for business. I cannot recommend this office to anyone who expects professionalism, flexibility, or basic courtesy.

  I cheated on them briefly and went to another practice. I finally came back! So glad that I did. Excellent care and service! Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease. My dental hygenist Dee was amazing! She was kind and thorough. I will never cheat again!!!! LOL

  Trash trash trash. Nasty attitude in person towards my mom. Everyone in that office needs basic life training 1st before even having any job not just this one. They just hire anyone because I have never met someone in that office nor have I spoken to someone on the phone that has manners. No “have a good day” no “how are you” like literally who hires them because I thought that’s literally basics in life. Need to teach them like toddlers that they need to be nice to people even if they don’t feel like it. Whoever is the hiring manager needs to do their job even if they have to raise those toddlers that work at the reception. Unbelievable.
