  I would give less I wasn’t even seen. The internet will give you the wrong address. It’s an automated system when you call so God forbid you want to reach somebody. Then they offer to do an annual visit without going over anything new when I was a new patient. Everything was gonna be new so basically they’ll treat you like a number and take your money, but don’t expect actual care.

  The check in staff are decent although I listened to a whole discussion about how they aren't babysitters for patients who aren't wearing masks and about how expecting them to monitor the waiting room is a ridiculous expectation. I get everyone has frustrations with their job but maybe don't express them so loud all the patients in the waiting room can hear. Next, I have been in to see Chrystal Gaur twice so far and she has got to be the most useless doctor I have ever been to. She has zero patient health concern and God forbid you go to her and you're over weight. My weight is all she has asked me about even after the mental health quiz and concerns I went over with her nurse. She gives off an I don't really care attitude and dismisses your concerns. 0/10 would not recommend

  I am happy with the service I have received. Love Dr Winn and Nancy. She has the best staff at the clinic on Lapalco.
