With not fixing machines, raising prices, constantly yelling that we wernt making enough money when business was booming. I left on my own last year because I was tired of the bs. Soon many left after me. Always a revolving door. You guys can find me at Crunch fitness in Marrero!

My only critique is the amount of other machines that are “temporarily out of use.” The same machines have had those signs since I started a month ago. They aren’t ones that I use but I would imagine it’s an inconvenience to those who want to use them. Hopefully management of this YouFit location sees this review and takes some sort of action. Otherwise, I’m very glad that I joined!

Unfortunately, the cancellation process has been quite challenging. I believed my membership was properly canceled, but I have since been informed by collections that there is a balance owed. I reached out to customer service, but I did not receive the assistance I required.
