  After asking nicely for any supplements with Tribulus in it the women in the front said no they’ve never heard of that before and didn’t even bother to google it. So I googled for them then asked if they had the product from GNC listed online and she took me to a testosterone glass section and said “anything for testosterone is in here” then walked away. After searching for 15 minutes trying to read the ingredients (the supplements were in the glass case) I finally found something that had tribulus in it. Then when I went to checkout with $200 worth of product one of the women told me I should have asked for help when I said it was hard to read anything because it’s all locked up. There was as NO ONE in the store and she was 2 feet away jibber jabbing with the other woman. I walked out with no product. I will never buy from a store that has zero customer service.

  I was in the store for approximately 4-5 minutes. No one asked if I needed any help. I was the only customer in the store. There were two employees talking behind the counter about the male employees buddy being hired as a pipe fitter somewhere, clearly was not GNC related. I eventually left, because being the only customer in the store with two associates and neither offered to help is a sign that I needed to patronize another store. Maybe these associates need more customer service training. I hope neither was in management. 09-09-2023 2:45pm

  Customer service in this store is non existence, this was my first time here and my last. The little girl Olivia who works there had a bad attitude from the start, she had no understanding of products, did not bother to look up an item in the system and made it even worse when she lied about the reward points which I knew i had and had it verified with customer service, instead she decided not to check me out. I called customer service gnc and they were very helpful in this hostile situation and gave me extra reward points but as for disciplinary actions being taken, unfortunately this is a franchise store and they abide by no standards, no professionalism, and they simply do not care. This does not represent gnc as a whole, only this store with no structure and staff including the manager who do not care about the customer. Save your money go to another gnc or vitamin shoppe who know how to treat their customers right, show enthusiasm and specifically are not liars.
