  The staff at this location are about the 5 star. Terriann and the other 2 ladies have to be recognized. Their priority is to welcome and not make you wait long along with the job to make you calm, peaceful when do their job. only place to get the job done.

  Ms. Cynthia Cook was very kind and gentle. I barely felt the poke when she drew my blood. Definitely recommend Quest.

  I have been to this lab 3 times. 1st they did not complete all ordered labs. 2nd they lost my orders. 3rd I find out after arrived on a Saturday they now only take appointments on Saturdays. No one in waiting room except me x 20 min. They finally came out (3rd lab tech seen in the place) to tell me I couldn’t be seen due to I’m a walk in. If you try to call for info, the system does not allow you to speak to a live person! As a health care provider I will strongly advise my patients to avoid Quest in Hammond!
