  The entire staff was very nice and informed me of all options for my dental care. I also appreciated that they did not pressure me to have work done that I could not afford.

  Jody has been cleaning our teeth for a few years now. She is always super sweet & friendly, but more importantly, she is very thorough. She makes the teeth cleaning process painless and she is always very accommodating! Dr. Gustafson is very professional and has a good chairside manner….he will answer any questions you have. A few years ago my husband chipped a molar and Dr. Gustafuson built up a crown for him quickly and with no discomfort. We highly recommend Jody & Dr. Gustafson!

  My son had his first tooth pulled. I suggested Louisiana Dental Center. My son is 44. Well I really thought he would come back really grumpy and in pain. Just the opposite. He had no problems, he did feel them pull, but no pain. He was waiting when the Dr said all done. He was surprised on how quick they pulled out a broken wisdom tooth. Lol the assistant had to tap him a couple of times and the dentist had to ask him to wake up and open wider please. So yes, I would definitely and my son said this people know their business and he is going back the get the other top wisdom tooth pulled. Ps I've been to them too.very good ,polite and not offended if you tell them it hurts, they will give you more injections of numbing injections as needed. Lol my sos says it's ok with the survey, just no pictures. 2 thumbs up from my Son.

  On 3/9/26 at 8:30 AM, I went in for an oral evaluation and X-rays while in dental pain. I was very kind and even stood at the front desk while the lady who sits to the left by the walk-ins sign stared at her computer after I gave her the filled-out clipboard that clearly stated I have Medicaid. I had to ask, “Do you need anything else from me?” and she looked at the clipboard and said no. I only found out I would have to pay $99 out-of-pocket when I was brought back for the X-rays. She did not inform me that they no longer accept my insurance. The lack of transparency and acknowledgement made the experience very upsetting, especially while I was in pain. I hope the office improves communication so other patients don’t go through this.
