  Dr Rachal is the best PCP in the entire network of doctor's at LCMC, UMC, etc. Listens, trusts, researches, helps, perceives, sends referrals, staff is amazing & Friendly. Nurse Practitioners arw awesome too. All have helped me in light of all the failures at UMC

  I see the nurse practitioner more lately. Tina great n really listens. I would like to know why a gyn trying to charge me for surgery when it was not. Was told West Jefferson hospital wants doctors to do this. My old gyn would do everything in room for paps etc. I'm not paying for something that took 5 minutes n called it surgery. Total rip off

  The very best in healthcare I've seen many different doctors throughout my life and I've only had two other doctors that cared and now I have three and a whole staff of people providing me with the best Healthcare no wait time ever for an appointment thanks blessings

  I've had exceptional medical care from this facility. Dr. Bastian is always professional. She explains my medical condition to me in a manner I always understand. I don't prefer seeing another Doctor, but I had to see Dr. Richard's last week. I thank him for his expertise. I'm feeling better and my mind is at ease. Please thank these amazing and awesome Doctors. We are living in troubled times. They put their lives on the line for mankind. I thank them for their service and pray west Jefferson do the same. ❤ They are Super Doctors

  Following wrist surgery, I have been getting rehab therapy on my hand and wrist from therapist Rebecca Ford. She and the rest of the staff have been extraordinary! Very attentive, helpful, and even creative in finding ways to help me restore use and flexibility of my fingers and hand.
