  Excellent experience. A little wait, which is to be expected of a walk-in clinic, but it wasn’t bad at all. From reception to nurse to MD I received better care than from and GP. Dr. Nguyen is very cool and prescribed me a combination of medications that gave me immediate relief from respiratory symptoms I’d been suffering for months that got severe with a recent cold. 10/10

  We waited 20 mins for someone to even come to the window to check us in. Then we waited another half hour only to be told that they had no x-ray tech when we told them she had swollen fingers after a karate accident. They told us the only urgent care with a tech was in Kenner, but even after all of this they could not put us on a list to shorten our wait at the other location. We're very unhappy and it will influence whether we go to an LCMC urgent care in the future.

  They don’t honor appointments. Treatment isn’t triaged, it’s just first come first served. Small waiting room with no air filtration exposes you to everyone else’s ailments. Slow check-in. Slow service. Reflects poorly on LCMC.

  I have been sitting in the lobby since 9:45 am it is 12:17 pm. This is ridiculous

  After showing up 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and then waiting 30 minutes past this time, I asked the receptionist how far behind they were running on appointment times. Her response: "just because you have an appointment time does not mean we need to see you at that time. We have a bunch of people in the back." Wow!! I thought I asked a reasonable question so I could plan my day since it was already behind schedule. I was not expecting such a trash response.
