My insurance benefit said $200 allowance for frames but the Optical lady said “nupe, we only do $150” and couldn’t explain why there’s a conflict, just asked “do you still want them”. I confirmed with insurance again, and they still said it should be up to $200. After spending 2 hours there, of course I don’t wanna leave without glasses
