  Ms. Kathy Hubbard (RN) and Mrs. Paulette (social worker) spent a year taking care of my family and my father in law who suffered miserably from Alzheimer’s. They never had a bad attitude or a terrible thing to say when we needed to call them for help—and believe me it was many many frantic calls over the year. They went above and beyond to try and get and give him the best care possible. My husband and I could not have made it through this journey without them and I just want to thank them both publicly for all that they have done for us and for my father in law.

  When deciding to use home health and then hospice care for our grandmother, we called Traditions. Their staff was very professional, caring, and honestly they felt just like family. We are extremely grateful for them. They helped our grandmother fulfill her wishes of wanting to be home for her final few months surrounded by her family and closest friends. May God bless them all.
