  Today a phlebotomist explained to the waiting clients that appointments come first. Walk ins wait. She elaborated that yesterday they had 92 patients in this small lab. Not enough staff, not enough seats, not enough parking. This lecture needs to go to the owners, management of this business. And it should be heard by any insurance plan or company that contracts with this business. I was also there yesterday. They had people waiting just to drop off or pick up. Even a clerical aid would help.

  I was seen quickly. The female employee that took my blood samples was great. I had my blood drawn in the front area. I did not feel the needle. Professional and courtious.

  Staff was rude. No one to greet you, you sign in and wait. They do not check your insurance before hand. Won’t go back again.

  I was with my husband for a fasting blood draw and had an awful experience. The sign-in pad was electronic and wasn't working very well. The water dispenser had no water or cups and wasn't plugged in. It's been in the 90° range outside.The one person working there was curt and not very efficient. We are still in the waiting area 30 minutes after arriving at 7:15. There were only 3 people there. Something needs to be done to improve this facility! We're not coming back here and not recommending it to others.
