  The providers are nice and attentive. I find that if you’re using MyChart, the appointment time listed will be different. The front desk staff is also rather unfriendly and unhelpful usually.

  Their front desk receptionists need a reality check. Every time I go in there, I have to make them look up from their computer to look at me and check us in. No smiles. Just plain rude. Showed up for my appointment on the wrong date- already defeated, they literally look at my like I’m stupid and make me feel like I’m crazy. They look at you like you’re dumb and that’s not okay

  Saw a GI specialist for my 14 year old daughter who was dealing with stomach issues. The x-ray tech treated my daughter with suspicion that she was pregnant even after she said she wasn't. Then the doctor was suspicious that she had marijuana in her system. It was so weird walking around with everyone suspicious of you. Then they would only write a doctor's excuse for the day we were there but not the misses during the week. Not a very comfortable, accommodating place. Won't be returning.
