  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The woman at the front desk Ave (pronounced) Ava kept leaving the front desk to go to the back and she was incredibly rude every time I asked a question. I would not recommend this place ever or to anyone. Also she said my payment was $200 when my insurance covers labs 100%. Do not go here!!! It’s sad that when a person is already sick or potentially sick that they have to deal with a rude unfriendly person. I also have never in my life seen an entire office staffed with one person who is working the front desk and doing all of the lab work.

  Staff, Tara, was very courteous and polite! And..... When she stuck me to draw my blood, oh my, I did NOT feel it at all. She deserves recognition and incentive. Thank you so much Tara

  UPDATE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I went in two days ago for STAT tests that I needed to have the results for same-day. I still do not have those results (two days later) and they told my Doctor that THEY DO NOT HAVE MY BLOODWORK-while they show my tests were done they do not show them processing. They should not be able to operate. If I could give this entire experience zero stars I would. When I arrived on a Saturday I was told they didn’t do STAT tests over the weekend (not even sure that’s true) and that I would get results by Monday. Not ideal but fine. Monday comes-no results. My doctor calls and is told that they have “no record of my tests” even though the results were pending in my portal. Nearly a week later, the results are still saying pending although my doctor was able to track them down. These tests were extremely time sensitive and I ended up having a go somewhere else and pay over $200 for more testing. Completely inexcusable.
