    Could have given this place a 5 star review but for the exceptionally rude girl who ironically turns out to be the manager and has many bad reviews on here which apparently the management not taken any action or taken time to re-train. We are new members barely 2 weeks into membership still navigating how things work here and the guys at the front desk have all been amazing except this girl Sierra. On November 6th 2025 at about 3pm i visited this Gym as a guest with my dad whom I made primary to motivate him to visit the gym to aid his stroke recovery and was completely humiliated and dehumanized by Sierra. She is very condescending,passively aggressive and totally unprofessional with a poor attitude that defiles the purpose of going to that gym to stay healthy as healty is not only physical but mental well being of people that visit the gym which her altitude is not encouraging and she clearly doesn't represent the Chalmette community where there is so much love,respect and sense of community. Will appreciate if the management looks into this and will be filing an official complaint with United PF and the Windhams

    too crowded, not big enough, and trying to cancel your membership is a joke. even if you have medical reasons.

    I don’t go to this gym, but i’ll give yall 5 stars anyways. i just need to ask though, are yall open 24 hours? i see the business hours online, but im unsure if thats true hours, or just staffing hours. thanks
