Services at this site include: Adult and Pediatric Primary Care, Behavioral Health, WIC and even diabetes education classes. Unique to the St. Bernard location is the Industrial Medicine department. This department helps patients needing Department of Transportation physicals, Non-DOT physicals, Return to work confirmations, Workman’s comp, drug testing, Pulmonary function tests, Audiometric testing, as well as Respirator FIT tests. While most commercial insurances, Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, patients are never turned away for care due to their inability to pay. A sliding fee scale is offered based on a patient’s household size and income.
