  I can't say enough great things about my experience at Miracle Ear. From moment I walked in, the service was outstanding and the staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to really listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

  I had made an appointment to reprogram a gifted pair of Miracle Ear hearing aids and was initially a bit concerned about what the appointment would cost and would I be encouraged to buy a needed accessory or service I could not afford. Neither of those happened! I was warmly welcomed by Shalisa and treated the entire time as a valued customer by Justin. The exam was quickly done and the aids reprogrammed. I left with instructions not to use the app or bluetooth during the next three weeks while I adjust to the level of hearing I am now enjoying which I felt was wise. I greatly appreciated the absence of any pressure at all to make a purchase as did the relative who gifted me the set. I look forward to returning and completing the process of making these aids interface with my phone through the app. I highly recommend this location and their staff!
