    The staff at Vision 4 Less in Bossier City have always been so wonderful to work with, we have been going there for at least three years now. Our family of four all wear glasses, so it is quite a task to get us all settled on glasses, run our insurance benefits, and then fill the prescriptions. The staff are always so kind, helpful, and patient with us regardless of how long it takes us to all pick out glasses and run through the process. They always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend Vision 4 Less in Bossier City for all your eyewear needs.

    Customer Service was Great here. Nike helped me to pick out my glasses, and was just a super nice young Lady. Highly recommend this store.

    I've gone here before so I was a repeat customer. I went today to fill my glasses script and as long as I had the line on my bi-focals there was no co-pay. The first person who waited on me , in the beginning, that i was gonna have some charges for the glasses. I was waited on by the manager because I questioned this. The manager tried to charge me 141.00. Afterwards she told me it was for No Lines, which she should have known, but I did state Line is okay. Anyway, I left, went to another place and I got my glasses for free like it should've been at Vision 4 Less. Please don't let them overcharge you!
