- PPPriscillaAug 16, 20201.0I always buy my products at gnc. This is the first time I visited this location and the first time I was not assisted. I was the only customer in the store. I spent about 5 minutes searching for information about products on my phone and the sales associate starred at me but never asked if he could help me. After I picked up my normal products I asked him what was his recommendation for a healthy digestive tract supplement. All he said was probiotics. Well duh! He said there is one over there...which I had to locate myself. I asked if this is the only brand he had in store. He said no we have others but that’s our main one. As a customer that’s simply not enough information. Why would I buy a product without more details than that? I will not return!
