You've got a young lady when you walk in sitting down staring at her phone. I had to rattle my keys for her to look up. Didn't say; Oh hello, how are you today? How can I help you or what brings you in today? And certainly no thank you for coming in. We appreciate your business. Come back in anytime you need your glasses adjusted or clean, we'll take care of that for you. Just hands you your glasses and goes back to looking at her phone! As much as we rely on our phones and they are a great thing to have, they have ruined customer service. They have ruined people driving to me an employee that's known for going above and beyond
