Amber was very kind and professional and made sure I was updated periodically as to when my exam would start. Kept chastising my child and telling them it wasn’t a game when they were trying to describe what they saw. Did not have patience or great listening skills when it came to children (or really even adults). Supporting staff was amazing though. Went out of their way to accommodate me when I needed to nurse my newborn when my husband brought her to me after my appt. This is for the LensCrafters at Baton Rouge Mall
