Len’s Crafters is the only place I would consider ever for purchasing glasses. The quality of the frames and lens far exceeds all their competitors. As well the personnel always treats me with the upmost respect and concern. Overall I will never again go anywhere else when it comes to my vision needs.

LensCrafters on Bluebonnet Blvd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana deserves this rating. I went in for a simple glasses adjustment and the associate lied straight to my face, telling me my glasses had to be purchased from LensCrafters in order for them to tighten or adjust them. That is not true. I verified this myself afterward with a quick online search. Instead of being honest, the associate chose to mislead me in an obvious attempt to force a sale. That kind of behavior is deceptive, unethical, and completely unprofessional. If employees are trained to give false information to customers, that reflects terribly on this location. I will not return, and I strongly warn others to question anything you’re told here.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
