  I have been debating on reviewing this but since no one from the company has reached out to me, I'm posting this. I had been seeing dr grice for 2 years, 1 of those years I was on Medicaid. Never was a problem. I went in Jan 2026 for my routine appointment and was told that because I was on Medicaid they couldn't see me and they canceled my appointment that I showed up for and paid for already. I had been on Medicaid for a year already and had been paying out of pocket. So none of it makes sense. And to be told yall had been charging and insurance company that I didn't have a plan with that whole year was also bizarre. I never got an apology from the dr or a phone call explaining anything. Yall cut me off and sent me on my way with no regards of my safety or my life.

  Angie and Tressa are phenomenal. Always go out of their way to make sure the patient is comfortable.
