Service was quick, and the staff and the front desk were great people. They all are friendly and helpful and respectful. This is by far one of my top places to go now.

OMG! If there was a blank star rating, they definitely deserve it. For all the other 1 star ratings, they are telling the truth about how unorganized they really are. I literally was called back the first time to collect my urine sample, but told the female I felt like I wasn't truly ready. She told me to go sit back in the lobby and come back to the desk when I'm ready to go. It doesn't take long to produce urine if your drinking fluids. So, five minutes passed and I went back to the desk to let the lady know I was ready to go. And she tells me, "You'll have to wait the full 30mins." And I'm like, the assistant didn't tell me this, so I went and sat down and I saw the assistant come to the desk who brought me back the first time. And told her I was ready, she literally went back to the back like she didn't care what I said and made me wait a little while longer. Once I got to the back, she tells me the amount to collect again. I brought it out and she poured it into the sample cups, and told me to pour the rest out and flush the toilet and stated to come to the room. Which room? No clue, but saw her in the processing room getting the paper work done, but should have waited on me and said "follow me so you can sign you paperwork." I do this type of work and see there is a serious need for improvement. After allowing me to sign my paperwork and gave me a copy, she takes me to do my eye exam, and told me to sit in the chair for my blood work and mentioned someone will be will you to draw your blood. I have been sitting for over 15 minutes and no one came to draw my blood. I literally felt as if I could have drawn my own blood to help speed up the process. I had to wipe the chair down as well, because there was blood splashes on the arm rest and the chair itself was full of dirty. It's seriously a nightmare, and the tech who stuck me seems as if she didn't have enough experience drawing blood, because I was stuck twice and she missed and had to go get Justin to draw my blood. I asked "How long have you been doing this? She stated she graduated in 2011, and wasn't using gloves and not following the standard PPE protocol at all. Justin came in and no gloves used as well. The female before stated "I can't feel with gloves on, and if I put on a glove- I'll tear thr tip off so it's like doing whst I'm doing now without any gloves." She even continuously contaminated the site by constantly touching it with sanitizing her hands. Justin (the PA) came in to try and see if he could stick me, but wasn't obviously to confident in what he felt the need to do. And stated "If I can't get it, I'll have to send you to one of the other sites and let one of the nurses stick you." Like- what! So, I literally told him I'll stick myself to help them out because I was hungry and ready to go. He did use a glove at least to feel, but didn't know the order of draw nor what to do after the collection of blood samples (invert them sir)! Mine-mine-mine, I have been at this place over an hour, and it doesn't seems like there's no proper management skills set into place to keep the flow of customers in and out... You can't allow multiple people to be off if you don't have enough staff to keep the flow of customers in and out. Yes, every employee deserves a break, but you still need enough people to cover shifts that need workers; not workers with attitudes. This is ridiculous and needs to improve seriously... Smh
