  I chose this location because it has positive reviews and is in my health care network. The secretary I spoke to over the phone and on site, Latita, was very attentive, helpful, and sweet. My DA, who I believe was named Sharena, I did have a few problems with. The visit came to a screeching halt when she kept triggering my gag reflex on the second round of x rays, eventually leaving me to choke on my own vomit because she did not remove the device from my mouth before scurrying off to do who knows what. She also left the lead apron on me, so I was unable to sit up and managed to throw up all over myself and keep choking on bile. She finally came back with a trash can and to help me sit up, making the poor decision to hammer my back while I was already gagging, which did not help me as I struggled to breathe and sit upright. She must have misrepresented what happened to the doctor, because when it was all over he came in and said "I understand you've been gagging." Sir, I projectile vomited all over myself while the DA left me to it. She then asked me if I ever threw up during dental x rays before (no) and did some hand waving about how it couldn't be avoided and I would have to get more done or leave. It hurts to breathe or speak and I keep gagging, so the conclusion obviously is that I left. The problem isn't that I threw up, it's that the DA's time management and response was poor. No sympathy or comfort, just a series of poor choices and an oh-well attitude while I can hardly speak and it hurts to breathe.
