Went to pick up my daughters prescription and was overcharged even after asking if insurance had been run. The rude older white lady told me that the insurance was run but turns out only the private insurance was run. Attempted to get pharmacy to re-run the prescription but was told that they could not do this and I would have to seek reimbursement from insurance. This same pharmacy previously lost my daughter's prescription and lied about returning the prescription. The old white lady staff is very rude and the pharmacist is rude and a liar. Choose any other pharmacy except here, wish I would have read all these other bad reviews.

My Dr. called multiple times and left a voicemail for a prescription. The pharmacy said they never received a voicemail, so he called them back to speak directly to someone. He called 3 times and never received an answer. I was at the pharmacy where there were 4 employees working, no line. Dylan, the pharmacist, finally answered my call and made no attempt to see if my doctor left a voicemail and told me that they haven’t received any calls from anyone. Aside from the two ladies I’ve encountered on the late shift (very sweet and professional), this is the laziest group of pharmaceutical workers I’ve ever delt with. Very dismissive, and make it obvious that they do not want to be there.

Was treated like a child today. Was very offensive behavior. Such a series of events since I put in for the refill on the 2nd and now it's the 10th, yes 8 days. My emergency stash of this extremely crucial medicine is gone and on top of that, they tell me I can have only this 4 day supply before being able to get more. WTHECK? I've never been treated like an addict before. They have never told that I cannot have my whole prescription before. No pharmacy has done that unless they were totally out. They have lost my trust! They can go ahead and treat others like this but I'm out!

I’ve used the Albertsons Pharmacy for more than 20 yrs and that should be proof enough of my satisfaction. I’ve been a customer at this particular location for 15 of those years and I can definitely attest to their professionalism, care, concern and great service towards their customers.
