- EDE DavisSep 3, 20242.0My doctor called in a prescription for me prior to my procedure. The Tech (Mia) who had made false accusations to the pharmacist in which the person with me did in fact state some things about the Techs but never the pharmacist in particular last month. Well today Sept. 3rd my Dr called in my prescription and low and behold I speak to Mia over the phone at first she was polite until she got my info then she stated that my prescription would be ready either before closing or tomorrow. We discontinued the call about 30 mins later around 7:00 p.m. I saw that my medication had been canceled and I needed to contact the pharmacy in which no one answered. I will be reaching out to the Pharmacist. The Director and my insurance bc The Tech is not my physician and I have a procedure in 2 days. The rating I’m giving is not for the entire pharmacy but specifically the Tech (Mia). Thanks and have a great day!
