Juniper Health provides primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care and a variety of other health services to the residents of Breathitt, Elliott, Lee, Menifee, Morgan, and Wolfe counties. The organization was created to assure the availability of primary and preventive medical care, dental care, behavioral health services, health education and social outreach in an open access model. The vision of Juniper Health is to be the area leader in high-value healthcare and its preferred employer, while improving the region in which we serve. The mission of Juniper Health is to improve the health of our service area residents by delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare regardless of the patient’s ability to pay.
