- IPIzellah PriceAug 18, 20252.0Well they need to update their address; it totally took me their abandoned kroger, so I had to cancel my 2:15pm appointment so I wouldn't get charged for a no show, called their organization and found out their new location. (Not next to HW 60, kinda on the other side of the road but on the strip mall with Petco). Once I got there they told me I have to wait till 3pm to get another appointment, and she told me they moved 15 yrs ago. It NEEDS to be updated. I also had to wait a while to be looked at even after my new appointed time.

Went in with an appointment, waited 45 minutes in a room, went out to the front to ask what was taking so long as I was waiting with a sick 2 year old, after asking we were finally seen. I explained to the nurse practitioner what was going on, she proceeded to tell me “oh well your daughter isn’t coughing right now or quote on quote wheezing so there’s nothing I can do”. Keep in mind she had a 102 temp and she never even listened to her chest she just simply told me to get OTC cough syrup! Which she can’t have at her age! I was furious I just picked my daughter up and walked out. We proceeded to go to children’s urgent care in Hamburg! Turns out I was right, my daughter is in fact sick! Still running a temp and has croup! They gave her some steroids and a breathing treatment! She is already starting to sound better. DONT TAKE YOUR LITTLES TO KROGER LITTLE CLINIC they don’t give a shit about sick kids apparently! Do better little clinic. Absolutely ridiculous!

Talked to doc about why she see people before myself and she said they had appt.and I was free to go somewhere else. So I have . Urgent care tested for covid immediately. No covid.
